Editorial policy
Editorial Standards
Accuracy, usefulness, restraint, and transparency come before speed.
Source hierarchy
Tested official sources may publish automatically. Regular news sources become drafts. Social posts and community submissions always require approval.
Original summaries
Third-party articles receive a brief original summary, clear publisher credit, and a prominent original link. Full articles and protected photographs are not copied.
Automation
Automation may collect, normalize, compare, and flag content. Editors can disable sources, correct summaries, reject items, and review failures and audit logs.
Public safety
Coverage avoids sensational language, protects personal information, uses generalized official locations, and does not label neighborhoods as dangerous.
